Create art from a meditative state of mind, without expectations or judgments, free to discover, to explore and experience the power of this liberating, enriching and insightful process. This class offers the relaxing and replenishing benefits of meditation with the therapeutic benefits of art making. No experience in meditation or art required. Songful Sundays

Vanessa Richards

Join Vanessa Richards on Sunday afternoons for singing with joy! All voices welcome. Communal singing can contribute to your inner well-being, encourage radiant health and offer lots of fun and self expression. Enjoy social time with others, light refreshments provided. Program participants will be invited to participate in the Arts + Health Project Exhibition and Showcase on Saturday June 3 at the Roundhouse Community Centre.
