Come learn proper breathing, strengthening, stretching and all the fundamentals of ballet. Students will enjoy a better understanding of their body and develop muscle memory. Having learned the essentials of ballet, our goal is for the student to improve physical awareness, have stronger core muscles, increase flexibility and stand tall with confidence.
