Explore gentle Yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation while using a chair for support. This class is beneficial for people with decreased mobility, pain/discomfort in the body, or simply want to experience a new way of doing Yoga. Safely receive all of the benefits of a traditional Yoga class (ease stiff muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and release stress) without having to get up and down from the floor. Chair Yoga is suitable for everyone. No session Nov 11.
