Explore gentle Yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation while using a chair for support. This class is beneficial for people with decreased mobility, pain/discomfort in the body, or simply want to experience a new way of doing Yoga. Safely receive all of the benefits of a traditional Yoga class (ease stiff muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and release stress) without having to get up and down from the floor. Chair Yoga is suitable for everyone.
