This yoga combines breath and yoga postures (asanas) so the practitioner becomes aware of his/her body, breath and mind. It’s both relaxing and challenging. Learn where you hold tension and emotion and how to breathe to calm the body and mind. Postures are held for an extended period of time and some partner work is involved.
