Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in North America! It combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It’s a good workout that helps with balance and agility, and is lots of fun and very social. It’s played on a badminton sized court. You will learn the rules of the game and practice all of the basic strokes: dink, serve, volley, forehand and backhand ground strokes, third shot drops, lobs and overhead smashes. Expect to have fun and work hard!Equipment will be provided.
