Description:

A Stretch and Strength class with a balanced approach. Enjoy learning yoga postures to improve body awareness alignment, balance, flexibility and muscle strength. Focus is on breath, visualizations and freedom of movement in the poses. Enjoy the music, you will feel more energized with improved concentration and circulation. We encourage participants to bring their own mat and any other items they feel they may need, such as a light blanket.
