Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese exercise working with our vital energy through conscious effort. It is in combination of relaxation, breathing technique and coordinated movement to improve and maintain physical and mental wellness. Learners will experience the benefits of Chi Kung through relaxation of body and mind, deep breathing, gentle stretching and slow, graceful movement. As a result, one will have more flexibility, balance and health. The focus of this course is to guide learners to develop proper chi kung standing posture, introduce the basic form and to experience the continuous flow of Wah Tor Chi Kung from Part 1 to 9 and the Active Form.Instructors: Yuen Hing Tse, Florence Chan
