Move & Create: Introduction to Contemporary Dance

This introduction to contemporary dance is designed for creative, energetic kids who love to move. The class will begin with exercises to work on coordination, flexibility and dance technique. Alongside building technical skills, we will use our imagination and creativity to make our own dances. Children will get to explore their own creative expression through movement in a playful and inclusive environment. Whether your child has danced before or this is their very first class, they’ll be welcomed and encouraged. No class Oct 10 and 31.

Preschool Ballet

This class is an exciting introduction to the world of ballet. The class will start with a warm up to learn about the foundational elements of ballet. These include bending, stretching, and balancing. After the warm up, the young dancers will move across the floor, learning gallops, skips and leaps. Throughout the class, there is singing and imaginative play, ensuring that the class is fun and energetic. No class Oct 10 and 31.

Junior Dance Mix

In our mixed age class, each child participates at their own level and their natural musicality is nurtured through singing, dancing, listening and watching the adults, and exploring musical instruments.
