Douglas Park Community Association is conducting a survey to establish priorities for fall 2021 programs and services.
We will use the information obtained in this survey to help us plan better. Your opinions and ideas matter. An important part of the planning process is receiving input from our community to form our goals and objectives.
With this plan, we hope to be able to add more in person activities and have a positive effect on everyone’s quality of life.
