Douglas Park Community Centre has something for everyone no matter what skill or ability. Dance and Music to get you moving and grooving; Painting and Drawing to inspire your artistic abilities; Pottery for all levels of expertise; Language programs to prepare for future travel; Outdoor leisure activities in Hiking & Walking to get you into the great outdoors, as well as Day Trips to exciting locations in the Lower Mainland and popular Health and Wellness programs such as Yoga and Pilates to get your body in top shape. Adult Sports such as Indoor Soccer, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball and Pickleball provide for a full range of recreation options for our community members.

Never Played Before, Never touched a racquet! If you can rally-do not take this program. Players use low compression balls and are taught a very successful Beginner to Novice Skill Package.
