Focus will be on how privacy and security have already been violated. Lots to learn but first let?s set up a safety net for further exploration. Also digital literacy, assessing of info, the value and importance of real-life relationships, ensuring your privacy and security when using one of the thousands of AI apps currently available. From going into the back-end of apps and websites to set privacy settings to setting up private servers for things like Discord, Roblox, and Minecraft. We?ll go thorough some basic AI technology, options, jargon, references – touching only briefly on ethics and human responses – a basic primer on the phenomenon of AI cybersecurity as a jumping off point for further interests, audiences, and opportunities to discuss some of the myriad ethical issues raised by this technology.The phenomenon of AI currently -; it?s exciting but can be overwhelming, and the human cost of adapting to this rate of change is off the charts. Jargon and terminology – untangling the basicsHow to avoid becoming hamsters in a cage, manipulated by machines. How to ensure its development and usage aligns with human values and doesn?t veer off into confirmation bias already so evident on the internet (and for which much of its data emanates).
