REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Register in person, online or by telephone 604-257-8130 (press 1) with Mastercard or Visa.
All prices subject to GST where applicable.
To register online for a program:
Copy the activity number (e.g. 187570)
- Go to the Douglas Park Vancouver Park Board registration page and paste the program code into the ‘Search by keyword OR number’ field, then click the ‘Search’ button.
- In order to register, you will need to create an account, if you don’t already have one.

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALS
All refunds are subject to a $5.00 administrative fee (the “Administrative Fee”) per program, unless such program is cancelled by the Douglas Park Community Centre. Requests for refunds must be received by phone, in-person, or by e-mail to douglasparkcc@vancouver.ca and are subject to the following conditions:
Single Day Programs:
For one-day sessions (e.g. birthday parties, workshops, special events, or personal training), fourteen (14) days’ notice is required for a full refund minus the Administrative Fee. No refunds thereafter.
Multiple Day Programs:
Cancellation must occur:
- Minimum of seven (7) days before the start of a program for a full refund minus the Administrative Fee;
- Minimum of two (2) days before the second class for a prorated refund minus the Administrative Fee; and
- No refunds after the second class.
Camp Programs:
For all-day camps (including licensed day camps), fourteen (14) days’ notice is required for a full refund minus the Administrative Fee. No refunds thereafter.
Licensed Preschool and School Age Care Program:
Notice of one calendar month plus one day is required, in writing to douglasparkcc@vancouver.ca, for all cancellations to receive a full refund, minus the Administrative Fee. Without such prior notice, the full deposit shall be forfeited. We will not issue refunds after March 31.
LEISURE ACCESS PROGRAM
The Leisure Access Program provides low-income Vancouver residents with access to basic recreation programs and services at Park Board facilities at a reduced cost. Upon qualifying, the subsidy is loaded on a OneCard for discounted access to all Park Board pools, rinks and participating fitness and community centres.

Eligible Leisure Access Program patrons are eligible to access Douglas Park Community Centre association programs, up to 50% discount. Some programs, workshops, private lessons and services are exempt. Please enquire with staff regarding discount eligibility or financial aid.
