In this 50-minute contemporary Pilates class, we focus on core Pilates principles?breath, concentration, control, precision, flow, and center?to build on foundational exercises. Participants should have some familiarity with Pilates repertoire, as the class introduces more advanced variations to challenge strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Ideal for those ready to take their practice to the next level. Please arrive 10 minutes before the first class to fill out a waiver. Bring a small towel with you. Drop in $20.
