Michal is a pharmacist and registered counsellor that is excited to share practical hints and ideas to help make you sleep better. She specializes in CBTI and offers counselling in both mental health and life changes as well as offering a chronic Insomnia program.This session will involve easy steps that everyone can do that may improve their ability to go to sleep and stay asleep. The session will include a slide show as well as a question and answer time. CBTI will be briefly touched upon and what it encompasses.
