Wah Tor Chi Kung is a traditional Chinese wellness practice that cultivates vital energy (chi/ qi) through mindful movement, deep breathing, and focused relaxation. This gentle, accessible form of Qigong integrates posture, breath, and flowing motion to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Participants will learn to relax the body and mind, engage in diaphragmatic deep reverse breathing, and perform slow, graceful stretches. The practice helps improve flexibility, balance, and overall vitality.
