Hello from the Douglas Park Community Association!
Douglas Park Community Association is grateful to operate on the unceded, ancestral territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil Waututh Nations.
Community Day in June was a tremendous success. The Vancouver Heritage Foundation presented Douglas Park with a plaque under the Places that matter program. Thank you to the two community members who nominated Douglas Park.
Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the centre on November 19, 2024 at 7pm. To vote at the AGM, you need to be registered as a member of DPCA in accordance with the Societies Act (BC). You can become a member when registering for a program on Activenet or by speaking to the front desk. This complimentary annual membership is valid from September 1 until August 31.
DPCA is looking for new directors to be part of the finance committee. If you are interested, please contact douglasparkcc@vancouver.ca or see the front office.
